Uttarakhand Nagar Nigam Election 2025 Results Dates : Notification for the municipal elections in Uttarakhand has been issued. The State Election Commission has announced the important dates of the election process. In this time's municipal elections, all the dates from nomination of candidates to voting and counting of votes have been fixed, due to which the direction of the election process has become clear.

Nomination papers can be filled for the civic elections from 27 December to 30 December. During this time, the candidates will fill their nomination papers and submit them to the concerned election officer. After this, the nomination papers will be scrutinized from 31 December to 1 January. The Election Commission has made it clear that if any error or deficiency is found in the nomination paper, the candidate will get a chance to correct it.

January 2 will be the last day for withdrawal of nomination. Till this day, candidates can withdraw their nominations if they want to opt out of the electoral process. After this, election symbols will be allotted to the candidates on January 3, after which they will be able to start their election campaign.

Voting will take place on January 23, and on this day the citizens of the state will exercise their franchise. After this, the Uttarakhand Nagar Nigam Election counting process will start on January 25, after which the names of the winning candidates will be announced.

The State Election Commission has made full preparations to make the electoral process transparent and fair. Strict security arrangements will be made at all levels and special instructions have been given to the officials to avoid any kind of disturbance.
